Tecnos Cloud is a mobile application designed to manage business operations effectively. The app provides users with direct access to customer, supplier, and inventory records from their smartphones. It also allows them to enter daily reports by allocating labor hours and materials used to an open order, an intervention, or without specifying.
The report includes notes about the work and hours done, the vehicle used, and the driver. Users can change the worker or resource while in the report, and also mark the material as an extra estimate while entering an article by only providing a description.
Tecnos Cloud can be used as a barcode reader for materials and a document scanner. After capturing a barcode or image from the phone, the app can automatically transfer data to Planet. This app is compatible with Android 13.0 and is free to download.
